5k Training Meet Up

Join us for the first 5K training meet-up—open to everyone, no matter your pace or experience level.

This is a casual kickoff where we’ll get together, introduce the plan, and do an easy group run/walk to start building consistency. The focus is on showing up, moving your body, and getting comfortable running with a group.

Whether you’re training for your first 5K, getting back into running, or just looking for a motivating group to stay active with, you’re welcome here. We’ll keep things flexible so you can go at your own pace and meet others doing the same.

Come ready to move, meet people, and set the tone for the weeks ahead.
